Krank Moving & Liguidation Auction
The Krank's have retired from their business and their home is now sold. This auction will offer all of the shop equipment, vehicles, yard and maintenance equipment, as well a a full line of home furnishings, firearms and more. This is one of the cleanest and well cared for auctions we have done in years. We will hold two days of viewing for this auction, the first will be on Saturday September 25th from noon to 4pm. and again on Sunday September 26th from 1pm to 3pm. All items are located at the residence out Nemo Road, Go approx. 10 miles out Nemo Road, turn left on Pine and then left on Aspen Dr. Signs will be posted. See notes section for more details. Take Nemo Road out approx. 10miles. You will go across the creek bridge and then turn left onto Pine Drive and Left left again onto Aspen Drive. Residence is about 4/10 mile down Aspen. Signs will be posted at driveway.
This sale will have several hundreds of lots as we will have two shop buildings filled with items as well as the house and the outside area. Pay and load out times will consist of two days. Monday September 27th from noon to 6:30pm and again on Tuesday September 28th from noon to 3pm. PLEASE NOTE: THE PROPERTY IS SOLD AND ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED BY TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 28TH. WE WILL NOT HAUL ANY ITEMS BACK TO RAPID CITY, SO IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THESE PICK UP TIMES WORK - DO NOT BID!. All items are at the residence at 22536 Aspen Dr. Rapid City.
