We have sold our clients home and she has moved to assisted living. We will be selling all the personal property that she did not move or the family did not want. Variety of items. Will be around 225+ lots. Bidding will open the August 8th. See additional notes for view times and pay info.
We will hold a viewing for this auction on Wednesday August 10th from 4:30pm to 7pm and again on Thursday from 10:30am to 12:30pm. All items are located at 2843 Samco Road Unit R Rapid City, SD. Please come to the rear of the building. This is a soft close auction with 2 items a minute closing out. This sale has a 6% BUYERS PREMIUM. Pay and load out will be on Friday August 11th from 10:00 am to 1pm and again from 4:30pm to 6pm.
